HOT YOGA

Hot Yoga takes a traditional yoga workout and heats things up. We turn up the temperature to really warm up your muscles and work up a sweat, burning up to 1000 calories per session and gently and cleansing your system and skin through your body’s own natural detox process.

Hot Yoga works by helping your muscles to stretch that bit further, so that you work that bit harder. The 37 degree heat is great for improving flexibility and boosting metabolism, also leading to greater muscle tone, weight loss, and an improved immune system.

You’ll radiate relaxation and enjoy all the benefits of your usual yoga session at a tropical temp – just don’t forget your water bottle!
